Being financially responsible is a good thing to find in a mate… but at what point are they just considered cheap?
I went out with a new guy over the weekend, and he picked me up from my apartment to go to dinner.
Then he told me he was low on gas and needed to make a quick stop for a fill up. Which was fine, except one thing…
That “quick” stop turned into a 20 minute wait at the Costco gas station… just so he could get cheaper gas.
Apparently people wait like 10 cars deep to save 10 cents a gallon.
My date made me sit in the car for 20 minutes to save $1.50, the whole thing kind of annoyed me.
Does it mean he’s the responsible future husband type? Or is he just cheap?

What do you think? It is responsible to save money like this? Or just cheap?
