Health Expert Warns Adele About Her Diet

Adele is warned her “1000-Calorie a Day” Seven-Stone Weight Loss “Isn’t Sustainable”

Health expert Dale Pinnock is warning Adele that her 1000-calorie-a-day diet isn’t sustainable and will have adverse effects if she continues it.  Adele wowed fans and the music industry with her 100-pound weight loss. The singer debuted her new look at Drake’s birthday party back in October and was almost unrecognizable at JAY-Z’s and Beyonce’s Oscar afterparty.

Adele’s weight loss comes after her divorce from Simon Konecki. Although Pinnock admits that a 1000 calorie diet can work for a short-term goal such as getting ready for vacation or a wedding, he suggests taking it slow and find something you can stick to.

After eating less than 1,800 calories a day our body adjusts and stops loosing according to Pinnock.
