I Go on Dates Just to Get Free Meals . . . Because I’m Broke
I’m only 22, and I’m completely broke. I have a job, but all my money goes towards bills and other boring expenses.
I pretty much subsist on ramen noodles, macaroni and cheese, and other cheap food. But about two months ago I came up with a brilliant idea.
I signed up for a free online dating site, and I’ve been going on three or four dates a week. I always make sure they’re lunch or dinner dates.
I have no interest in finding a boyfriend right now, so I just pick the restaurant, talk a little bit, and have them pay for the meal. Then I never talk to them again. Now I always have plenty of delicious food and leftovers in my fridge.
Some people think it’s rude that’s using guys, but I don’t care, guys use women too. Has anyone else ever gone on a date just to get a free meal?
