If you thought maybe the wheels were coming off BEN AFFLECK’s sobriety cart, you were right. And JENNIFER GARNER noticed, too.
She went to Ben’s house yesterday to convince him to go to rehab, and he agreed . . . so she drove him there. They left around 6:00 P.M. and ended up at a live-in facility . . . after a stopover at Jack In the Box, of course.
The last straw for Jen was when she saw a picture of Ben receiving a box of booze from a deliver guy a few days ago.
Ben’s been in rehab twice . . . in 2001 and this past December.
