Holmes Signed An Agreement with Ex-Husband Stating She Couldn’t Openly Date
For the first time, Katie Holmes has publicly acknowledged that she is in a relationship with Jamie Foxx. Its been rumored that hte couple broke up due to “trust issues” but Holmes delivered a statement through her publicist stating that the rumors were released from The Radar are “100 percent untrue.”
The couple have been dating since 2013 but weren’t pictured together or even seen together due to a deal Katie signed with ex-husband Tom Cruise which stated she couldn’t date openly for five years after their divorce.
There’s no word on the current status of Holmes and Foxx’s relationship. There was a rumor that the couple was planning a wedding but it was allegedly called off.
