Ahead of the upcoming Super Bowl LVII halftime show, VegasInsider.com has conducted a survey representative of the US population, and according to the results of the survey:
- Britney Spears is the most wanted guest performer for Rihanna’s performance (22.6% of votes), followed by Eminem (19.46% of votes) and ASAP Rocky (14.53%)
- “Diamonds” is the most wanted song in Rihanna’s setlist, followed by “Don’t Stop the Music” and “All f the Lights”, respectively, according to the survey results
- “Diamonds” was also the most popular choice in the most US states (11), followed by “Disturbia” & “Can’t Remember To Forget You” (4)
- The 2022 Halftime Show (Dr.Dre, Snoop Dog, Eminem, Mary J.Blige & Kendrick Lamar) is the most popular halftime show of the last 10 years amongst Americans (14.9% of votes), followed by JLo & Shakira’s (13.06% of votes) and Lady Gaga’s (12.8% of votes)
- 12% of Americans are not planning to watch the game nor the halftime show, while 11% are planning to watch ONLY the halftime show, 20% are planning to watch ONLY the game, 56% will watch BOTH
The survey respondents were asked to pick their most wanted guest performers for Rihanna’s halftime show, based on the long list of all of her previous collaborations. Britney Spears came out on top with 22.6% of votes, followed by Eminem with 19.46% of votes and ASAP Rocky with 14.53% of votes. 14.1% of Americans would prefer to not see any guest performers, and 12.54% would like for Drake to make an appearance.
According to the results of the survey, the most desired songs to be performed at the halftime show are:

3.All of the lights
4.American Oxygen
5.B**** Better Have My Money
“Diamonds” was also the most popular choice in 11 US states, followed by “Disturbia” and “Can’t Remember To Forget You”, which were the most popular in 4 states. Additionally, “Diamonds” was also the most popular choice by 11 NFL teams’ fandoms.
Survey respondents were also asked about their favorite halftime show of the past 10 years. Last year’s show – Dr.Dre, Snoop Dog, Eminem, Mary J.Blige & Kendrick Lamar came out on top with 14.9% of votes. The 2020 show headlined by Jennifer Lopez & Shakira came out second with 13.06% votes, Lady Gaga’s 2017 show ended up in the third spot, being the favorite show of 12.8% of Americans.
