Talking about the other people you’re dating while you’re on a date?
I had a date over the weekend with a guy I’ve been seeing . . . we’ve been going out for about a month, and we met online. We were going to cook dinner and watch a movie, so I went over to his place.
But when I got there I asked him how his week went, he said it was good . . . and started telling me about the OTHER dates he’d been on over the past few days.
I couldn’t believe he was telling me, so I told him I didn’t like hearing about it. He said you have to assume when you meet someone online that they’re dating other people.
Is he right? When you date online, do you automatically assume everyone’s juggling multiple people? Or was it just rude for him to talk about his other dates?
