These are the specific contest rules for the “London Trip Flyaway – SOCIAL MEDIA” on KUDD-FM. These rules are in addition to the General Contest Rules of KUDD-FM. Complete copies of all contest rules are available at Broadway Media, 50 W. 300 S. #200, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84101, from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Apple and Google are not sponsors or are in any way affiliated with any Broadway Media contests or sweepstakes. To participate in the “London Trip Flyaway – SOCIAL MEDIA” promotion, participants must enter to win via social media – Instagram @mix1051utah during the contest period of 09/17/2019 – 09/18/2019. Entering to win via social media giveaway is solely up to the participant – data rates may apply. Mix 105.1, Broadway Media, & Disney Music Group are not responsible for data usage when participating in this contest. Participants must be 21 years or older to compete. Participants choice of guest must also be 21 years or older. Participants chosen are the sole person that can accept the flyaway. Participants cannot have another person enter the contest for them. Participants caught participating for another person will result to both parties automatic disqualification from the contest. Participants must be willing to provide all information needed for the flyaway. This includes full legal name (as seen on a valid photo ID), phone numbers, addresses, emails, date of birth, social security numbers. Participants must have a valid passport to travel. Failure to provide all needed assets will result into an automatic forfeit of the prize. Participants will be participating at their own risk. Grand Prize: (1) Flyaway to London, England to see New Hope Club. Grand Prize will include a (2) Night hotel stay in a select hotel (TBD) Grand Prize will include (2) tickets to see New Hope Club at the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire in London, Great Britain on Friday, October 4th, 2019. Grand Prize will include roundtrip flights for (2) people. Value of grand prize is approximately $3,000 (prize value can change based on hotel, concert tickets, and flight prices) The grand prize winner will be sent an I-9 form at the beginning of the 2020 year for tax purposes with this prize valuing over $599.
