As the Babe once said, “Heroes get remember, but legends never die.” And apparently he was right. Legendary coming-of-age tale The Sandlot will be getting a prequel.
It’s been 25 years since The Sandlot, and since Hollywood seems to be completely out of ideas, Twentieth Century Fox has announced that the film is in the works.
But before you roll your eyes, listen to this: the ORIGINAL writer and director will be co-writing the script. So there’s a chance that this film will be just as good as the first.
