Idina Menzel performed “Let It Go” during “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest”, and it wasn’t her best.  Haters were BASHING her online for it.  So, she responded on Twitter, saying: “I am more than the notes I hit, and that’s how I try to approach my life. You can’t get it all right all the time, but you can try your best. If you’ve done that, all that’s left is to accept your shortcomings and have the courage to try to overcome them.” Get the full story here.

Jamie Lynn Spears Pulled a Knife to Stop a Fight at a Pita Pit

Who knew that Jamie Lynn was a blade gal?  Jamie waved a knife around to stop a fight at a Pita Pit in Hammond, Louisiana last weekend. Selena Gomez Exposes Ankle in Abu Dhabi & Angers Mosque Leaders

Selena Gomez stripped down and showed way too much skin on her ankles while visiting a mosque in Abu Dhabi — and now she’s getting blasted for her “disrespectful” poses. Folks at the mosque tell us the main issues their members have with the pics are:

1) Selena’s exposed leg, and her sexy pose … both are no-nos. It’s a respect thing.
2) Mosque rules prohibit laughing and smiling … again, it’s about respect.

Selena did one-up Rihanna, in a sense. RiRi visited the same mosque last year, but when she posted pics … she was immediately asked to leave. Mosque leaders went easier on Selena.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is Married

Joseph Gordon-Levitt married his girlfriend Tasha McCauley on December 20th, in an intimate ceremony at their home. If you didn’t even know Joseph had a girlfriend, that’s not surprising.  He doesn’t publicize it much.  And that’s partly her choice. Tasha is the founder of a robotics company based at NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley, California.  And Joseph has said that she, quote, “really doesn’t want to be a part of” the celebrity spotlight.
