Somebody shot video of a flash flood that was rumbling down a clearing, and coming right at them. This was near Payson, Arizona. It starts out as a wall of debris . . . and then the people move to higher ground as it rolls by as a raging river. I personally feel like they were a little too close to the action! This is the same flash flood that killed 9 people, I can easily see how that can happen.
