The divorce judge in Kelly Clarkson’s case has ruled the Montana Ranch is hers. Brandon Blackstock tried to claim that the Montana Ranch, where he is currently living, is marital property meaning it is as much his as it is hers.
The judge said the Ranch falls within the prenup which means whatever Kelly bought with her money belongs to her. Kelly is the sole titleholder on the Ranch.
