Sabrina Carpenter
Sabrina Carpenter had a memorable main-show debut after playing the pre-show last year. The pop star charmed the audience with a playful performance, featuring hits from Short n’ Sweet, including “Please Please Please,” “Taste,” and the fan-favorite “Espresso.”

Megan Thee Stallion
VMAs host Megan Thee Stallion took center stage with a fiery medley of her biggest hits. At one point, she surprised the crowd by bringing out Japanese rapper Yuki Chiba for a high-energy performance of “Mamushi.”
Katy Perry
Katy Perry was honored with the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. She celebrated by delivering a nostalgic medley of her iconic hits, including “Roar,” “Firework,” and “I Kissed a Girl,” reminding everyone why she remains a pop powerhouse.

Chappell Roan
Chappell Roan continued her breakout year with a show-stopping performance. Fresh off winning Best New Artist, she dazzled the crowd with “Good Luck, Babe!” in her MTV VMAs debut.

Camila Cabello

Benson Boone
Benson Boone, the rising pop singer from Washington, made his VMAs debut with a heartfelt performance. He took the stage fresh off the release of his debut album, Fireworks & Rollerblades, marking a significant moment in his budding career.
Glorilla
After winning Best New Artist at the 2023 VMAs, Glorilla returned in 2024 with a confident performance of “Yeah Glo!” and “TGIF,” cementing her status as one of hip-hop’s hottest rising stars.
