Science Says It’s Hard to Pick Something off the Menu

 The next time you are out to eat and cannot decide what you want, don’t fret.

 A study where participants had to choose from a set of six, 12 or 24 photos of a scenic landscape for a print demonstrates this. A professor stated, “The idea is that the best out of 12 is probably rather good, while the jump to the best out of 24 is not a big improvement.” While choices are nice and large menus seemed to be trending for a while, the smaller sized, more focused ones seem to be making a comeback. It’s really a win for you and the kitchen.
