At the newly remodeled Tracy Aviary, you can get up close and personal to birds every day with bird and pelican encounters, year-round exhibits, bird shows and educational experiences.
Treasures of the Rainforest is a 5,000 square foot $3.5 million building and the largest indoor exhibit at the Aviary.
15 different bird species, some of which are extinct in the wild, such as two Guam Kingfishers and a quite rare in the wild Mauritius Pink Pigeon.
70 different plant species including: Cocoa trees, Coffee trees, Strangler Fig tree.
The exhibit is set at a comfortable 70 degrees with an approximate 45 percent humidity throughout the year, a distinct difference from the arid Utah climate.
The Tracy Aviary is open 363 days a year from 9 am to 5 pm
