The price of a 30-second Super Bowl ad has hit an all-time high of $10 million. NBC says they charged an average of $8 million, but a “handful” of slots were sold for more than $10 million.
There were quite a few commercials released ahead of time, but they’re still fun.
Here’s a round-up of some of the best ads:
Comcast Xfinity showed us how “Jurassic Park” could’ve been different if their internet never went down. It’s directed by Taika Waititi and brings back Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum.
Ben Affleck puts a ’90s sitcom twist to “Good Will Hunting” for Dunkin’. Jason Alexander, Matt LeBlanc, Jaleel White, Jasmine Guy, and Alfonso Ribeiro bring back their iconic characters. It also stars Jennifer Aniston, Tom Brady, and Ted Danson
Owen Wilson gets a Spanish lesson from Sofía Vergara to get ready for the World Cup coverage for Telemundo
Lady Gaga, Trevor Noah, Jisoo from Blackpink, and more reveal their favorite Pokémon to kick-off the company’s 30th anniversary.
Novartis reminded you to “relax your tight end” . . . and get screened for prostate cancer with a simple blood test. The ad stars NFL tight ends Rob Gronkowski, Tony Gonzalez, and George Kittle.
Ben Stiller fails at doing backflips like Benson Boone for Instacart.
There were also multiple movie teasers, including: “The Adventures of Cliff Booth“ . . . “The Mandalorian and Grogu“ . . . “Disclosure Day“ . . . and “Scream 7“.
