People complain about kids being “too old” for trick or treating, but can you be too young?
My husband and I have a 13-month-old, and we got her a little ladybug costume to wear on Halloween.
She can barely walk, let alone go trick-or-treating, but that’s not stopping us . . . because we want to get more candy. Why should older parents have all the fun? We want to be part of it, too.
Technically, yes, we’re using our kid to get free candy, but frankly I don’t see a problem with it.
Is it okay to take your baby trick-or-treating just to get the candy? Will any other parents admit they’ve done it?
