Ed Sheeran Made a Special Appearance to Help His Friend Propose
Ed helped his pal and fellow musician Jake Roche, of Rixton, pull off an amazingly romantic proposal. Roche popped the question to girlfriend and Little Mix singer, Jesy Nelson, on stage with Ed on Sunday. “A year ago today I met her at Manchester Arena, so it was only right, with a little help from my friend, that this happened,” Roche wrote along with an Instagram photo of himself on bended knee in front of Nelson. “Best day of my life” Get more here.

Is Maroon 5 Banned in China?
Maroon 5 was supposed to play Shanghai and Beijing in September. But the shows were just canceled, possibly because they’ve been banned by the Chinese government. Nobody really knows why the shows were scrapped, but guitarist Jesse Carmichael recently attended an event to celebrate the Dalai Lama’s birthday, and Tweeted that he, quote, “sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to his holiness.” China hates when people show support for the Dalai Lama and Tibet. Linkin Park, Bjork and Oasis have all been banned for it, although Linkin Park are making their return this week, for the first time in six years. Get more here.
Gronkowski Refused to Name Something That Can Be Inflated or Deflated on Family Feud
Rob Gronkowski and his family were on “Celebrity Family Feud”, and competed against actress Holly Robinson Peete and her family. But the game’s first question was a tough one for Rob. Steve Harvey asked him, “Name something that can be inflated or deflated.” Holly answered first, then Rob said he didn’t want to answer the question. So Holly’s husband, retired NFL quarterback Rodney Peete, answered “a ball.” The Peetes won in the end. Get more here.
