Mission accomplished!
The 11-year-old girl who wanted to meet Drake as well as get a new heart had both of her wishes fulfilled.
Sofia Sanchez was in the news recently because she did the viral “In My Feelings” challenge in the hopes to meet Drake when he came to Chicago.
Drake took notice and visited her. Sofia’s other dream was to get a new heart. She was awaiting a transplant at Lurie Children’s Hospital. She underwent successful transplant surgery on Monday morning.
