Drunk Driver Calls Police, Gets Arrested After Pants Fall Down
A very drunk Shane Dever Malley called 911 through the OnStar system in his vehicle. When police arrived they found the Malley slumped over, passed out in his running vehicle. Police woke Malley up, the 21-year-old had his foot on the break and had “an over-powering smell of alcoholic beverage” coupled with slurred speech and bloodshot eyes, the report said. Police said that Malley nearly felt out of his car as he was getting out, had his pants fall down at the beginning of a road sobriety test and “had (an) accident” while undergoing the sobriety test. Kentucky Woman Arrested for Shoplifting at a ‘Shop with a Cop’ Event
Police in Manchester, Kentucky, arrested Samantha Henson, 26, on Tuesday night and charged her with theft by unlawful taking under $500. Security personnel at the Walmart in Manchester, about 100 miles southeast of Lexington, noticed the woman concealing items under her clothes during the event.
