Charlie Puth appeared on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” and confessed that one of his biggest critics is Elton John. Elton and Charlie have teamed up for the track “After All” which appears on The Lockdown Sessions between Elton and various artist. Charlie said, “Elton texted me his address when he first expressed that he wanted to work with me, which was great. He was brutally honest with me, he told me my 2019 music sucked, and I agree with him. It was not good.”

Charlie says he was not upset over the criticism, and appreciated his advice. “After All” is the second single from The Lockdown Sessions to peak on the Billboard chart.
