The Actor Got Busted In the Back of a Theater
Oh Hugh Jackman…you should know that you’re too big of a star to try and “sneak” into any place – let alone a theater doing a sing-along to The Greatest Showman. Jackman, who plays circus ring-leader P.T. Barnum in the film, posted on Twitter that he “wanted to experience the sing along too!”.
Ultimately, what an amazing experience for those who were at the theater to see Jackman singing his heart out to the movie. The movie was difficult to make due to the atmosphere of Hollywood. However, Jackman and song writers Benji Pasek and Justin Paul, who also wrote for La La Land, said of creating the musical numbers “we asked ourselves ‘What movie would Barnum want to make? Now, he’s not gonna do a stuffy period piece with music from the 1850s. He wants my daughter Ava to go, ‘Oh, loved that song”. Well, we all know there are plenty of songs that are amazing in that movie!
