It’s being reported that Disney is working to reboot the hit movie “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids” with Josh Gad as the star of the reboot.
Word on the street is Disney is shopping a treatment for the film. The reboot was originally planned for the upcoming Disney+ streaming service, but is now headed for theaters.
The film, which would be called “Shrunk,” will be set in the present day with Josh Gad playing a now grown-up Nick Szalinski. Disney hasn’t confirmed whether or not the rumor is true.
