2015 Guys Choice Awards

The “2015 Guys Choice Awards” went down last night, and Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson co-hosted.  Chris Pratt won the Guy of the Year Award, and in his acceptance speech, he thanked a lot of random people and supported women’s rights. Jake Gyllenhaal received the award for Hollywood Guycon. The Biggest A** Kicker award Went to Liam Neeson. The award for “Decade of Hotness.” went to Salma Hayek. The “Funniest M.F.” award went to actress, author, talk show host and comedienne, Chelsea Handler. Get more here.

Amy Schumer Will be Madonna’s Opener

Amy Schumer will open for Madonna’s Rebel Heart tour at three New York City gigs in September.  And she posted a greatvideo of herself as a child, singing “Like a Prayer”.

Justin Bieber and Usher are Being Sued for “Somebody to Love”

Justin Bieber and Usher are being sued for their 2010 song “Somebody to Love”. A guy named Devin Copeland sued them along with his songwriting partner, claiming it was a rip-off of their 2008 song of the same name. This isn’t a new lawsuit.  A federal judge threw it out last year, saying the songs aren’t alike at all.  But an appeals court overturned that ruling, saying the songs have, quote, “an almost identical rhythm and strikingly similar melody.” Copeland and his partner are seeking $10 million in damages. Someone Flew a “Cheater” Banner Over the U.S. Open for Tiger Woods

Tiger Woods had another dismal day on the golf course yesterday.  He shot an 80 in the first round of the U.S. Open, 15 strokes behind the leaders. It might have had something to do with the fact that someone paid a pilot to fly over the course with a banner that said “CHEATER”.

As if things couldn’t get any worse . . . on one shot from the rough, Tiger’s club flew out of his hands. Get more here.
